I am using DXbase 2006 and need to know how to convert my logs to ADIF
format and submit them to the ARRL.
Many thanks,

Subject: [Dxbase] Interesting Note
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

When I was having problems with I COM ports and decided to reinstall DXBase
I asked what files I needed to save, other than the <callsign>.mdb file. I
was told to also save the refdata.mdb file, which I did. What I found after
the install was the following:

1) I had to reposition and resize all my windows.

2) A lot of information in User Options had to be changed/corrected.

3) All the different updates that I made to the QSL Information, IOTA
database, and callsign mapping had been lost.

4) Size of columns in the different windows, especially the log had to be
redone.

None of this is earth shattering, but it does take time to go back through
and redo everything and of course there is always the one fear, "what did I
miss?". It would be nice to have a complete list of what files contain this
information so that you can back it up or save it somewhere so that if you
do reinstall DXBase, then none of this information is lost.

Just a thought,

Bob
