I doubt that anyone is going to deny the truth of that!  Or that
other, more commercial, activity is very limited.  

I do think, as I have argued, that there is convincing evidence 
indicating that most of the "velocity" is NOT due to HYIP scams.
But I do not know what does account for it.

The warts are real.  But they are not all.  And so, what conclusions do 
do you draw from the existance of the warts?
