Just an aside, but amongst those stranded by the complete shutdown of
american aviation is Bill Clinton stranded in paradise (North Queensland,
Australia) and our Prime Minister, John Howard in Washington, DC. Also seen
on the TV news arriving in Australia on the last flights from the US, tennis
start Lleyton Hewitt, who yesterday was showing off his US Open cup in the
streets near the World Trade Center, and Britney Spears.
