it seems to me that it's a packet number, not a packet type number.
I have also other values, such as :
282b, 31bd, 8246, ...
the value seems different every time.
I also do not know how bittorent works but did you use a QoS as
preconized for emule and other P2P products ??
I do use QoS, especially to limit the upload rate.
