I tried with your solution.
I stopped UltraVNC server at the host and started RealVNC in service mode.
When i connect to the host, the viewer displayed "connecting...." message
approximately 10-15 minutes and then ended up with this
diaglog box.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Connection Failed - Error reading protocol Version
Possible causes:
- You have forgotten to select a DSMPlugin and the server uses a
DSMPlugin
- Viewer and server are not compatible (they use different RFB
protocols)
- Bad connection
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PS: I am not using any Plugins either at the viewer side or server side.

Okay, let's try this: please quit the VNC Server running
on your target PC, and install this one instead:
http://www.realvnc.com/products/free/4.1/download.html
Once that VNC Server is running alongside EchoVNC 1.40,
please try connecting again. Once that works, we'll get your
UltraVNC server working.
thanks,
Scott

2. I am able to connect with viewer to the host1.ip.info provided the

I am sorry for not making up a point earlier that i have not opened this
port.
Because i thought that EchoVNC is making all data traffic to be
"outgoing" to any client-side firewalls or routers,
connections between the two applications can have their data exchange. So
i have not opened this port. Am i Wrong ?
Do i need to open these ports 5590, 5580, 5550 ? Somebody please help
with this "Unknown authorization scheme !"
Thanks in advance.
