Great work, Scott! Since you annonced the UltraVNC without the viewer I've
been waiting for this release as it's has become my favourite VNC tool!

Like with your TightVNC release I would really love that your .VNC support
also included EchoWare connections. Like if I use UltraVNC and connect to a
computer through EchoWare it would been very nice to save that connection
as a .VNC file. Right now it will save server IP address and port but that
can't be used the next time I want to create a connection. So perhaps the
EchoWare .VNC file should just hold the username info that's connected to
the EchoWare server.

Well, it would be a nice feature to have but the program as now runs fine!
:o)

Jimmy

Heyaz. Been a flurry of updates to the UltraVNC with echoWare
release this month; here's the latest:

ftp://ftp.echogent.com/UltraVNC/beta/UltraVNC-ew-1.02-RC08-Setup.exe

This release is now based on the 1.02 platform, has a working
"tabbed"
Viewer (which is pretty keen if you've never seen it), and
supports .VNC files.
We've also changed the echoServer registry entries so they're more
easily
script'able.

Also, we've back-rev'd the echoWare release used by UltraVNC
to 1.83. The RC09 version (next week?) will include the 1.91 DLL, once
it's stabilized.

As always, feedback and feature requests welcome!

enjoy,
Scott
