Dear Jake and ecofem,
Thank you for this thought. I think it is apparent that our desire to
"change" others with argument and disrespect, in hope that they conform to our
beliefs, is counter-productive. Only love really changes people. Not denying
here the difficulty of it all. We are geared up by our culture to have
enemies. I find it helps me to remember that everyone who crosses my path is
a teacher, and that some lessons are harder than others to assimilate.
