Kurt,

It would be nice if it were that easy. Usually it's the "bigger" person in
the TP relationship that sets the guidelines. Having done EDI in the Retail
Industry, it was always the retailers who set the guidelines. Now working in
the Utility Industry it's the big Utility Companies who set the guidelines.

what segments I send, and you are receiving this document and
also have guidelines in places as to what segments you would
like to receive and the two are guidelines are different.  Whose
guidelines would you use in this case.  Would it be the senders
or receivers?
