Our company began implementing Harbinger TrustedLink eV5 about three months
ago after an Edwards consultant conviced us it was the product we needed for
EDI. I attended the Basic and Advanced training classes, and reached what I
thought was the end of implementation. After a few weeks of back and forth
problems the dsupport person found out that the key I was using was not for
our processor group of AS/400. At that point I waited for my sales rep to
return from vacation to find out that she had charged our company for the
software based on the wrong processor group. Now she tells us that there
will be an additional $12,000.00 charge because of the mistake. At this
point, after dealing with Harbinger support and the sales rep for a few
months now, we are ready to evaluate other software packages and return
Harbinger. If anyone has any good suggestions on what to implement for a
company with no current EDI solution please let me know.

Our system is as follows:

-AS/400 720 series, JD Edwards V7.3
