Hi All,
 
Off topic.  Any of you have done or are doing a research or know of a good 
Technical Support Package.  I'm working on a project that consist of starting 
up a Tech Support Department. 
 
1. A package probably that manages tickets opened by clients/users.
2. Keeps logs of all tech support calls.
3. Helps organize documentation.
4. May be has a knowledge database.
5. etc..
 
I'd appreciate any help/direction you can provide me with.
