Nitin, If your CV is as full of grammatical problems as your email, it makes sense that you are not getting any calls. I suggest you ask a friend who is proficient in English to review your CV and make corrections to your grammar and spelling. As an alternative, I would suggest you contact a professional resume service, there are scores of them out there.
Recruiters and HR personnel get lots of resumes, so do your best to clearly state your skills and highlight the languages, applications or systems you are familiar with, at the top of your document, rather than burying them in the middle. I know that if I received an email like yours with a CV attached, I'd just hit the delete key. Above all else, you need to be able to communicate professionally.
