We converted from Sterling to Softshare and it was pretty straightforward.
Service wise, Softshare has been fine. The web management stuff that
Sterling has is nicer than Softshare's, but Softshare's pricing was much
better.
I would assume that your software can deal with routing to multiple VANs.
If so, I would think that getting just Circuit City changed over to them
by 3/1 would be pretty simple.
Good luck.
