We have had this request/command before from some of our "partners". I asked if we could just do interconnects and was told flatly "NO!". We complied because the customer is king. But I thought to myself how would they really know? Customers get mad at a VAN, or are told by a VAN that they must have direct connections (AKA no interconnects). Just have Sterling interconnect to one of their VANs.
