If you do business with Home Depot Import - Canada that's what they are asking for. They send different documents in versions 3040 and 4040 but want ALL docs to be acknowledged in version 4060. I spoke to them about this and explained it was highly unusual and our translator, Gentran, could not handle it under normal processing rules. Their response was they MUST have the 997 in v.4060 and if the translator could not do it then the VAN would convert it for me. We have not had this request for any other partner including all other divisions of Home Depot we deal with including Home Depot Import - Domestic. Must be a Canadian thing.
