I haven't had the best experiences with that company as well. And
it could just be coincidence because I don't want to company bash...
not sure. All I know is I had been looking around for an EDI
solution as our company currently outsources EDI and we are taking
the function back in house for several reasons. And the people at
1EDISource were just trying to sell sell sell to me and it drove me
insane. Claiming theirs was the best product, etc, and not
understanding how I would go with a different company. I'm glad I
didn't pick them now, reading your post. So thankfully before that,
I had already made my decision to go with Softshare's software and
use the amazing Pat Hughes to help me out with the set up. I've
bene thoroughly impressed with both Pat & my Softshare rep, Nathan,
in their support, honesty, etc. Have you decided what you're going
to do from here on out?
