on the web and the UN/EDIFACT site, but they're free. For all versions.

I don't think that I understand the difficulty in finding EDIFACT
standrds. I just spent about 12 seconds googling and hit their main
site:
http://www.unece.org/trade/untdid/welcome.htm

It seemed to have the standards to me.
