Chill out man - no power point presentation necessary. All you need is to know the acronym - Electronic Data Interchange. It is the ability to send and receive documents electronically - think e-mail. The only difference is that these documents are structured according to a standards body. What you do with them afterwards, read 'em, process them automatically into your computer system, is entirely up to you. Now, aren't you happy you do not have to fool with that projector again? So if anyone out there has simple enough PPT for a "trained monkey" (my analogy of a sales rep) to understand please forward you would be saving my overworked self a lot of grief.
