Maria, I'm glad you think the product of the company you work for is a good one. I agree that the mapping tool is good. However, a good translator is so much more than it's mapper and I think perhaps that these parts of the Seeburger product are not quite as "user friendly". Also, have you incorporated the ability to send a complete and correct 997/CONTRL? And can your product now reconcile inbound 997/CONTRL messages?
