In answer to your question - if the file is blocked then the CR LF will be
in position 81 & 82 of each record.

As Mike mentioned, it is possible that those types of file may also use
CR/LF as the segment delimiter. Then, how do you determine when to remove
the CR/LF and when they are used as the segment separator?
