I'd have to say that blocking (80 chars per line), using CRLF and also using CRLF as a single delimiter is bad form and most likely not deliberate. That would be an occasion to actually communicate with your TP and do a bit of investigation. VAN or comm protocols could be inadvertently causing this. Just a suggestion. Leah
