Hi,
Is someone using any product from the market that leverages on the information
provided by SI and builds on top of it. I have seen reporting services option
in the latest release. But what I am looking for is some product that can keep
messages for long term and those may be in millions. It's not easy to search
messages from Sterling archiving. So some product which is tightly integrated
and can give better tracking and reporting based on different criteria. How are
you guys doing it currently?
I will be pleased to hear different views to above request by experienced
members around :)
