You can put together a GPSDO system with 10 MHz output for less than $200. Here's just one example: Ebay item # 290322053618 By buying the items separately, you can sometimes do even better on price. The Trimble thunderbolts are very popular because a lot have been pulled from mobile phone tower sites during upgrades. I use one here to phase-lock my HPSDR system and it works well.
