If you're interested in DSP code you might try using quisk instead of PowerSDR. It's written in mostly Python and a little bit of C, and works on Linux and Windows. I made some modules for it to talk to the K3 rigcontrol, but those aren't necessary to use it with the LP-PAN output, just for the click-to-qsy and frequency display.
