I've done that a few times! Unscrew all the remaining screws on the side panel. Then carefully rotate the entire panel slightly counterclockwise about the locked screw. This should remove some tension on the screw so you can then remove it with the screwdriver. If you had 2 locked screws on a panel this method would not work. I've since learned to be very careful when tightening the screws! 73 & GL!
