I followed the link to confirm... note the heated Desiccant needs to go into a sealed container warm. Amazing to see this stuff sent with so much stuff that isn't sealed. What a waste and a hazard.

And you can get new desiccant on line for a few bucks (e.g. http://www.drierite.com/default.htm ) The weep hole approach works FB too for most installations as long as one realizes that teeny-tiny critters will make their home inside so you need to clean it out from time to time.
