I had an earlier update crash (user error) and had similar MCU Load stuck. I checked everything on radio side then decided to check computer side. Somewhere in the process, it assigned a new internal PC port to the usb adapter and would not reassign to the correct one. I shut down computer and rebooted and correct port came up and firmware install completed successfully .
