Same size box as the KPA500, with the internal switching supply. It could actually weigh less than the KPA500. This would be an achievement that would be unique to Elecraft and desirable.
The tuner would be in an external box, same width and depth as the amp. If it could be done for twice the price ($4200) of the KPA500, it would have some market.
