I've been thinking about hooking my K-3 keyer up too. I'm assuming none of the internal keyer controls work of course but wish/hope the NEW QSK default ("reduces keying artifacts...") might still be effective. As it relates to the speed of muting/unmuting the rx, it seems possible.
