There is a big difference between claims "Range and Approval do better than Condorcet in electing the Condorcet winner"
and "In some situations Range and Approval do better than Condorcet in electing the Condorcet winner" (or "In some situations Range and Approval may do better than Condorcet in electing the Condorcet winner") Which one is it?
