I managed to run it and the output looked reasonable, so it could
still be viable. On the other hand, it hasn’t been updated in nearly a
decade and the original site is gone.

Personally, I’d hesitate to use it.

Thanks! I tried this with `LaTeXML` and it correctly expanded the
style file.
