The other thing to consider is that a power user for email is not necessarily a
power user in any other aspect of computer use. Letters.app as described by
Brent would be a huge boon to many users I can think of who are not 'power'
users except in the simple fact that they go through hundreds and sometimes
thousands of emails every single day.
