It would be expected that the guy who has vision issues set his own font big 
enough to read, and random emails from various providers shouldn't overwrite 
it, wouldn't it?

Which is exactly what you're disagreeing with, I think. HTML composer should 
not allow size specification -> default size set by the guy reading the email 
will always apply
