It may be an Emailer thing, though. I'm running MacOS 9.2.2 (with the Agua 2?/3? Kaleidoscope theme which makes windows pretty darn close to the appearance under MacOS X). The window-shade dongle thingee looks the same, even though the top of the window looks the same as ones in the Finder. Others can describe what their views look like, of course.
