I used a program called emerge to send out 7500 messages when we announed SoftRAID. Each one was verified, so it took forever. But our ISP didn't care, as long as it wasn't spam. LetterRIP can easily do this also, it has its own SMTP server built in. I have sent 200+ many times, though. I am not sure what the issue in the question is... Is the problem sending, or permissions? ISP's don't like spam - but if you have an opt in list, etc, they have no problem, just ask in advance. The box said 'Requires Windows 95, or better.' So I bought a Macintosh.
