Your suggestion is quite good as usual.  In my case, I never started 
over with an empty database so I never had the problem with the 
accounts.  I was aware that the account info was in the database but it 
didn't occur to me while thinking about this problem.  However, I do 
wonder if the size of the db is really the source of this problem.  I 
don't remember it being discussed before and there are many on the list 
with huge databases.  I would guess that your suggestion about some 
kind of shutdown action is closer to the point.  It might also be a 
utility app looking at something.
