85 MB set to Emailer?!? I'd turn that down a little. You might actually be choking Classic trying to use that much ram. I'd go for 10 MB, maybe 20 on the high end. Where is exactly is it taking the time to quit? You choose Quit, and what happens? Emailer does nothing for 3 minutes? Emailer brings up the window telling you it is deleting old email and that takes 3 minutes?
