A laugh I had was at the Apple booth, when the obligatory question was asked of me, "Why in the world would you use Emailer, when you can use Apple Mail?" When I rattled off a few key features, he attempted to rebut them, (for me) unsuccessfully. But the funniest was when I said, "I need to be able to change the subject of an incoming message". reply: "You can't do that, it is illegal!". sheesh! ;-) News is what someone doesn't want published.
