There may be others who want to be able to run more than just

Er... well, the ones I was looking at back when I looked at it were Q (the Mac port of Qemu), and SheepShaver. Q was not working on Intel with PPC emulation as of when I looked at it, but it was in the works (Q actually emulates several different platforms, PPC just wasn't finished as of when I looked at it). SheepShaver was working on Intel doing PPC emulation, but was fairly new and still buggy. I actually don't remember off the top of my head why I wasn't successful in getting it fully working. It may have been an issue of no working network support, or there may have been something else.

I got it working on Basilisk II which is the 68k emulator version of SheepShaver (or really, I should say SheepShaver is the PPC emulator version of Basilik as Basilisk existed before SheepShaver.

As to where these programs are, your best bet is to do some google searching, that is how I found everything.

To run them, you will need a ROM image from a real Mac, but all the applications have available directions and software for making a ROM image. Or, in the case of SheepShaver, it was actually possible to download one of the iMac updates from Apple's web site, and extract the ROM image from that update (that is what I ended up doing, simply because it was easier than making an image myself).

I have a ROM image for a 68k machine, which if someone wants to mess with that, it may be easier to ask me nicely for a copy of mine then tracking down your own 68k machine and making a new one. (I also have the iMac ROM mentioned above, and again, it may be easier to ask me nicely for a copy then to find the update on Apple's web site and extract the image).

One nice thing I found with Basilisk and SheepShaver, both supported a "shared" folder between OS X and the Virtual Mac. That meant it was fairly easy to transfer files between the two systems. Just copy it to the folder on OS X, and it appeared in the folder in the emulator.
