I just jumped from OS 9.1 and to OS 10.4.8 when I bought two new Intel Macs: iMac-24" and MacBook Pro-15", both with Intel 2 Core Duo processors. As you know, they do not run Classic, so all of my OS 9 software is hosed. (These are my first all-new Macs in about eight years. They are SCREAMING FAST! But I still prefer the OS 9 Finder over OS X, but that's a separate argument.)
I have been using Claris Home Page to create the simple web pages on my web site, and must replace it. <http://www.rogercohen.com> I would appreciate suggestions from anyone for replacement web design software for Claris Home Page. Claris Home page is a simple WYSIWYG web page layout program. Programs such as Adobe GoLive and Adobe/Macromedia DreamWeaver are just way too complicated. I downloaded a test version of Freeway, and it, too, seems way complex. Also, Freeway does not want to open my Claris Home Page files. I can import them into Freeway, but the imported layout looks all screwy. Thanks/Roger+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Roger S.
