Mail uses its WYSIWYG "html" layout system when you compose an email,
regardless of what the final delivery format is set for.
So you will see all your formatting, fonts, inline attachments, and
what have you when you are composing. Mail then strips all that away
during delivery if you have it set to only deliver plain text.
By your name claim above, I can't tell if you were refering to
Apple's Mail, or possibly GyzaMail, but I'd assume GyzaMail probably
does the same thing during composition.
