I have been blindsided by a two week fever, so haven't had a chance to
add to this thread.

Of course I agree with this - I find it so much more compact, with
features requiring only one step or click - and you never have to go to
the menu!

I would also like to add some addressing features, which I don't think
were mentioned:

- in CE, you can send a mail and then decide to send the same mail again
to some other people by simply adding their names to the "Sent Mail" and
reclicking Send Now

- you can resend a sent mail by clicking the checkmark and selecting Mark
Recipient as Unsent

- you can send a bulk BCC mailing to a custom group without the extra
step of creating that group, by clicking the search button, highlighting
your names, and then pulling down the address type to BCC and Selecting.
(You cannot do this in Mail but you can in Gyazmail.)

- address book lists people alphabetically by their last name but with
first name coming first:

i.e. James Smith
                Helen Troy
                Bambi Vanveen

Also,

- would it be possible to have the option of sending attachments
separately from message body? I hate not being able to just attach a
document in Mail or Gyaz. CE has such a nice optional window with
attachments listed - so you can see what you have attached (and in the
case of forwarding, know that you are not now forwarding someone's bloody
background image or smiley gif). (What is WITH background images?)

Cheers,

Tannis
