I may be wrong but I think what Tannis is referring to is the fact that 
Mail.app and Gyazmail include a copy of the attachment in the message where as 
CE simply lists the name of the attachment sent but does not add a copy to the 
message in the database.  I'm not positive, but I think that is how it works.  
Including an attachment copy in the message can take up a lot of disk space.  I 
think the way CE works is better except that it is easier to lose the 
connection between the message and the attachment.

As far as I can tell there is no way to compose an HTML message in Gyazmail.  I 
do like Gyazmail and hope that the addition of imap will secure more users.  Of 
course if a version of CE is ever developed for OS X I will likely move to that.
