>So right you are! I clicked 'Set' and got it to read Mac HD - is that >correct? Bea, when you go to Setup>Preferences>Files and Folders, there is a box at the top of the window showing where your Claris Emailer files are located, then a button called Set and then another box showing where attachments from Claris Emailer files should be downloaded to. You should not designate this location as MacHD as that is way too general. To be specific, most Emailers use the Claris Downloads folder to file their incoming attachments. It will be found in your Claris Emailer Folder. So, go back to Setup>Preferences>Files and Folders, click on Set and, in the dial box that pops up, navigate to the Downloads folder, which should be in your Claris Emailer folder, which should be within your Applications folder somewhere. Check the box at the top of the Files and Folders window to see where it is nested on your computer. (I have my folders nested in my own way so I am not sure where yours is exactly!) This will direct all your Emailer attachments to one folder and should clear up some of the mess!
