      It sounds like that but it was not defined as a DS_Store file but 
was rather
just dumped in a file I titled Rescued Files 1/26/07 containing 2595 
files, many
of them html files.   These show up in the 'Finder' mode.

     What I did was delete all of the Alias's in this folder.  The file 
size was then about 1600 if I recall correctly, but is now 2595.

     That I do so that I can see what type and size of files they are as 
well as the date generated.  Those I deleted yesterday were all dated 
1/30/07.
