I don't have a supported machine for 10.4. Would it work if I could
get already installed 10.4 from someone on CD and then just copy it
to the OSX partition of my WallStreet? If not, I guess I'll have to
use XPostFacto because the WallStreet tops out at 10.2.8 (which runs
perfectly on that machine).

I need 10.4 because TurboTax has upped the ante from 10.2 to 10.4.

I recently got a Canon digital camera which comes with software
that requires 10.3, but I am able to get the pictures into the
computer without Canon's software through iPhoto on 10.2.

FYI: If anyone is looking for a compact digital camera which goes
all the way from full auto to full manual, this is it. It has a
viewfinder and 6x zoom, image stabilization, everything. I keep the
screen turned off to save battery, except for viewing pictures.

This is the new 2008 model, el cheapo for the features that it
packs. Canon PowerShot A720. Check it out on amazon.com.

Best regards,

Bill
