     Yes, I realized it was doing that.  It was the New Mail that was 
delayed
getting to me.  However, I have now left that blank and it immediately
downloaded everything.

     No, the Options Tab is separate from the Accounts settings.

     No - I don't use webmail folders or at all (if I can help it).

     I think the problem may have been my setting to leave my mail on the
webmail for 2 days.
