I agree with you in principle. I'd love to have a dialog with everyone
who has any interest at all in linuxcnc with the idea of fixing our
problems.

The only thing that prevents me doing this is that e-mails consume too
much time. Just now, on my taskbar, are a reply to Andy's replies to my
OP (I've got about 3 hours in on this one so far and I'm really just
warming up), a reply to MH to do since he sent me a reply (not started
yet, just hit 'Reply'), and then I pushed those on the stack to answer
you and so far this has taken me about 20 minutes.

If I could just talk to these people, face-to-face, with real reality
bandwidth, we could probably make a decision in an hour and have a
decent plan of what to do cooked up in another hour. None of us will
live long enough to do this stuff by e-mail, at least not me anyway :)

So, how do we allow for eyeball-to-eyeball (so I can read body language
and attitude) discussion (verbal, not typing) other than a physical
meeting like in KS? Skype? Is there multi-way Skype? I mean if we could
have the communications, year-round, as-required, without driving to
KS, that would be great! I mean I still want the option of e-mail
because I might have to send you a file or URL.

Thanks,
Matt
(about 31 minutes over all for this message, I probably could have
spoken it in 2...)
