Attorney's opinions are just that - opinions. Attorney's opinions carry no weight of law. No two attorneys will give you the same opinion. Even a judges ruling (opinion) can be overturned. A judges ruling carries no weight of law if administrative procedure has been carefully followed to force a review. It is a pay to play world. If an entity funds an organization to enable the license then the entity will desire control. Very few people understand that what we call money is just a substitute for the peoples' time and life therefore the time and life contributed is not counted equal to 'money'. rant/on What we use and call money is not money.
