If it is asking for RTAI modules on a preempt-rt kernel then I suspect
that your pre-build configuration was wrong.
I think you need to ./configure --with-realtime=uspace (From memory, I
expect someone will correct me if wrong)
OK, so you do the :
debian/configure -r
AFTER you do the:
./autogen.sh
./configure
I did the debian/configure -r and dpkg-checkbuilddeps first.
