Humm, all of mine including the 4 axis mill, must be trivkins then, and I believe the aliases make it so, cause a one digit miss-match in max or min limit of the axis and corresponding joint is an absolute show stopper. Same with max_vel and max_accel. Anyway, this is not fixing Jon's problem. Seeing a copy/paste of the actual report would be most helpfull.
